How to Request Vault-Tec Unlisted Atomic Shop Items
Did you miss a past C.A.M.P. bundle, Power Armor skin, or exclusive emote in the rotating shop? Bethesda Customer Support allows players to purchase past unlisted items by submitting a direct ticket using Atoms already in your account balance.
STEP 1: VISIT PORTAL
Navigate to help.bethesda.net > Fallout 76 > Billing / Purchase / Code.
STEP 2: SELECT ITEM
Choose "I want to purchase an item for myself" and pick the item name from our catalog.
STEP 3: ATOM DEDUCTION
Confirm ticket. Support will verify your Atom balance and deliver the item directly to your account.
